#MeToo movement, is a movement against sexual harassment that has got wave on social media. This tidal wave of a hashtag became the rallying cry against sexual harassment faced by women in Bollywood. A lot of women from Bollywood broke their silence and spoke about the harassment they had to face. The unfortunate thing about this movement is that many powerful and well known personalities were alleged for sexually harassing women. Nana Patekar: Wave of #me too challenge got the blow when actress Tanushree Dutta raised her voice under this challenge. She alleged the veteran actor Nana Patekar for his inappropriate behaviour on the set of a film, Horn OK, Pleasss in 2008. She even had filed an FIR against the actor.
Vinod Dua: He is a popular journalist however her popularity couldn’t shadow his ill-acts in 1980s. Documentary Filmmaker Nishtha Jain alleged Vinod Dua for sexually harassing and stalking her.
Rajat Kapoor: Two women have accused the actor Rajat Kapoor for his inappropriate behaviour. One journalist even has shared the details of an interview with Rajat Kapoor in which he has asked her if she was “As sexy as she sounds”. She also added that he had also asked her “tell me your vital stats”. Later, Rajat has apologised on Twitter that throughout his life he tried to be a decent man still if he has slipped in his actions or words then he was sorry from the bottom of his heart.

Alok Nath: Alok Nath who has the “Sanskari” kind of image on screen was accused by Vinta Nanda, a veteral writer and producer for sexually violating her. With the #metoo challenge going around the world, she escalated her courage to pen down about the sexual harassment she face almost two decades back.
Chetan Bhagat: An award winning author is also in the list of accused. An author Ira Trivedi has alleged Chetan Bhagat for sending inappropriate messages to a lady which was nothing less than harassment to her. However, Chetan denied all the allegations by posting a photo of a self explanatory email.
Vikas Behl, Sajid Khan, Subhash Ghai, Kailash Kher and Vivek Agnihotri are also in the list of Bollywood celebs who got caught in #metoo challenge.
