Check Here This Year’s Bollywood Calendar; More Than 18 Movies Are In-Line To Entertain You

After a year of crisis, the year 2021 is going to be annus mirabilis for Bollywood. Announcements of the film’s release dates have picked up after the permission given by the central government to open theatres with 100 per cent capacity. Recently, YashRaj Banner announced the release of its 5 films. Now on Friday, the dates of 5 more important films coming to theatres this year were announced. In the upcoming months Bollywood is ready with entertainment package. Overall, the release dates of about 20 films have been finalized till now. Let’s have a look on the schedule of these upcoming movies.

This month

On March 11, Rajkumar Rao, Jahnavi Kapoor and Varun Sharma starrer horror-thriller film Roohi has been released. Directed by Hardik Mehta, the film is produced by Dinesh Vijan.

On March 19, Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra’s Sandeep  Aur  Pinky Farar will be released. The film is produced by YashRaj Films.

After this Rana Daggubati and Pulkit Samrat’s  Haathi Mere Saathi  is coming on March 26. The film will also be released in Hindi along with Telugu.

April:

YashRaj banner’s Bunty Aur Babli 2 will be released in April. The moviecasts Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari wagh in the lead roles.

May:

May is going to be a month full of entertainment, as Big star films are scheduled in this month. Two big films are to be released on the occasion of Eid in May. Salman Khan’s Radhe and John Abraham’s Satyamev Jayate 2will be on screen. The release date of Radhe has not been announced, while the release date of Satyamev Jayate 2 has been announced as May 14.

Besides, Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom is coming on May 28. Directed by Ranjit M Tiwari, the spy-thriller film features Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta and Huma Qureshi in pivotal roles. This will be Akshay Kumar’s first release in 2021.

June:

 Therelease date of Ranveer Singh’s film 83 has finally been confirmed. The film will hit theatres on June 4. The film directed by Kabir Khan will also be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.  Ranveer Singh shared this information on Twitter.

The release date of Amitabh Bachchan’s film Jhundhas been confirmed as June 18.

After a week, on 25 June, Shamshera of Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Vani Kapoor will knock theatres. It is also a YashRaj banner film.

July:

On July 2, two such films will be compete at the box office, showing the lives of Brave Martyrs who have sacrificed their lives on the country.  First such film is Karan Johar-produced Shershaah, which is the biopic of Paramvir Chakra Awardee Captain Vikram Batra. Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are in the lead roles in this movie. Movie is directed by Vishnu Vardhan.

The second film is Major, produced by Mahesh Babu. Movie will be released in Telugu and Hindi. This film is the biopic of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the NSG commando who was martyred in the Mumbai attack. The role of Major Sandeep is performed byAdivi Shesh.

After this, Ayushman Khurana and Vani Kapoor’s Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui will be released on July 9, directed by Abhishek Kapoor.

On July 16, this year’s Most-awaited film KGF Chapter 2, starring Yash and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles, is going to be released. It is a Kannada film, which will also be released in Hindi. On July 30, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s Radheshyam will be released.The film is being released in Telugu along with Hindi and all South languages.

August:

Akshay Kumar’s second release in 2021 will be Atrangi Re, which will come out on 6 August. The film, directed by Anand L. Rai, features Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush in the lead roles.

No Hindi film release has been announced yet on the weekend of Independence Day. However, South superstar Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa is releasing on 13 August. The film will also be released in South Indian languages ​​as well as Hindi.

 On August 27, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, featuring Ranveer Singh and Shalini Pandey will be released. This film has been produced by YashRaj Banner.

September:

Sharma ji Namkeen will come on the birthday anniversary of Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor on September 4. This was his last film, which was shot till a few days before he passed away.  However, Rishi could not shoot some parts of the film. This later was completed by Paresh Rawal.

Next in the line is Karan Johar-produced Liger releasing on September 9, directed by Puri Jagannath. In this film, Vijay Devarakonda is making debut in movies Hindi belt.

October:

Kangana Ranaut’s ambitious film Dhaakad is coming on October 1 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. It is a spy action thriller film in which Kangana is a spy agent. Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta will also be seen in important roles.

On October 13, SS Rajamouli’s mega budget film RRR will hit the theatres on Dussehra. In this much awaited film, Ram Charan, NTR Jr., Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt will be seen in important roles.

 This will be followed by Boney Kapoor-produced Maidan on October 15, starring Ajay Devgan in the lead. This is a football coach biopic.

November:

On November 5, Akshay Kumar’s film Prithviraj has been announced on the occasion of Diwali. Miss World Manushi Chillar is debuting in this film directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi.  Sonu Sood and Sanjay Dutt are also in the lead roles.

On Diwali, Prithviraj will compete with Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey. It is a remake of the Telugu film Jersey, in which Nani played the lead role.  Shahid plays the cricketer in this film.

December:

 Aamir Khan’s film Lal Singh Chadha is expected to be released on Christmas in December. However, its date has not been announced. It is a remake of the Hollywood film Forest Gump, directed by Advait Chandan. The film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan in the female lead role.

Apart from the announcement of these films, Akshay Kumar’s Suryavanshi and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan may also hit bix office this year.
