Gujarat

History

Gujarat, located on the western coast of the Arabian Sea. It shares its boundaries with Pakistan to the northwest and by the Indian states of Rajasthan to the north, Madhya Pradesh to the east, and Maharashtra to the southeast. It covers an around 75,685 sq km.

Gandhinagar is the capital city of the state while the Ahmedababd is the largest city (former capital). The Asia’s largest statue Statue of Unity of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is also in this state, recently inguarated by the our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and now it is the attraction point of this state.
