- Siddharth Shukla, the winner of Bigg Boss 13, has passed away in Mumbai on 2nd September. The actor was found unconscious in his house in the morning after which the family members took him to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead. The last rites of the actor were performed 24 hours after his death at the Oshiwara crematorium where a crowd of loved ones including family, close friends, industry friends had gathered. Since the death of the actor, many pictures have come to the fore, seeing which the eyes of every fan and close people are getting moist.
- In the spectacular Saturday episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 13’, Sourav Ganguly and Virender Sehwag appeared as the first guests on the show. The duo won Rs 25 lakh on the show and donated that amount to charity.

- Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Thalaivi’ has hit the theatres. Directed by AL Vijay, the film is based on the life of late Jayalalithaa, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. The film Thalaivi is released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film is also set to release on Netflix.
- The name of ‘SAM Bahadur’ lead actresshas been decided. According to reports, Dangal girl Fatima Sana Shaikh will play an important role in this film. Vicky Kaushal’s name has been finalized for the character of Manekshaw two years back. Legendary director Meghna Gulzar is directing Ronnie Screwvala’s film SAM Bahadur. The film is based on the life of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.
