A case has been registered at Goa’s Vasco police station against Milind Soman, an actor and model, who was running completely naked on the beach in Goa on his birthday. He has been accused of spreading obscenity in a public place. He uploaded a picture of him, running nude on the beach, on his Instagram account. This picture of him was clicked by his wife Ankita Kunwar.
Earlier on Thursday, actress Poonam Pandey was arrested for allegedly indecent photoshoot on a restricted area in Goa. A case has been registered against Milind under sections 294 (obscenity in public places) of the IPC and section 67 of the IT Act (accused of posting objectionable posts in social media). There is a provision of punishment from 3 months to one year. Milind can be summoned for questioning.

The Goa Suraksha Manch, a regional political party in Goa, has filed a complaint against the actor at Vasco police station alleging that his nude photograph uploaded on Soman’s social media page is insulting the image and culture of Goa . On November 4, on his social media account, Soman shared a picture of himself running nude on a Beach of Goa.
