- Kartik Aaryan’s upcoming film Dhamaka is all set to release on Netflix on November 19. After the first look at the film, the makers have now released its banging trailer. It is shown in the trailer that Arjun Pathak, a reporter of a news channel, receives threats from a terrorist, which leads to an explosion. After the blast, Arjun does an exclusive interview of the terrorist to increase the TRP of the show, but the situation worsens after the demands of the terrorist increase. Arjun Pathak’s wife also becomes the target of the terrorist, but despite this, he continues his reporting.
- The selection process for the Oscar entry from India started in Kolkata on Monday. A 15 member jury of the Film Federation of India chaired by Shaji N Karan shortlisted 14 films for India’s entry in the Academy Awards. Together, they will choose the film that will compete for the Best Foreign Language category at the 94th Academy Awards next year. The jury will look at all these 14 films and select India’s official entry for Best Film. These 14 films also include Malayalam film Nayatu, Tamil film Mandela, Vidya Balan’s Sherni in Hindi films and the recent release of Vicky Kaushal’s Sardar Udham Singh.

- Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey is also now seen getting trapped in the drugs case. NCB has raided her Mumbai house. - Asif Sheikh or popularly known as Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, the actor of the comedy show ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’ has been awarded the certificate by the World Book of Records, London. - Actor Fardeen Khan has started shooting for his upcoming film Visfot. With this film, Fardeen is returning to Bollywood after 11 years. Apart from Fardeen, Riteish Deshmukh and Priya Bapat are also in lead roles in this film, being directed by Kookie Gulati. Fardeen was last seen in the film Dulha Mil Gaya 11 years ago.

- Filmmaker Karan Johar will soon be seen as a stand-up comedian in season 2 of the show ‘One Mic Stand’.
