Vijay’s ‘Master’ Receives Overwhelming Response; Giving Tough Competition To ‘Bahubali’ At Box Office

South movies and South’s superstars already own a history of creating records. This time South’s Superstars Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi again greatly surprised as well as impressed the world of cinema even during this era of pandemic.

Their film enchanted theatres with a new life.  In fact, Vijay Sethupathi and Thalapathi’s film ‘Vijay The Master’ is making massive collections at the Box Office even during this unfortunate Corona period.

According to Box Office India, where on the first day the film made collection of Rs 35 crores, on the second day, it is believed that the film easily crossed the 50 crores mark.  This achievement is even more important as this took place during such period of pandemic.

The opening of ‘Master’ film, turned out to be a hardy competition to Prabhas’s films ‘Baahubali – The Conclusion’, ‘Saaho’, ‘2.O’, ‘Sayra Narasimha Reddy’, ‘Kabali’ and ‘Bahubali – The Beginning’ as well.

Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi’s film ‘Vijay The Master’ grossed Rs 20 to 21 crores in Tamil Nadu alone.  It is a high-grossing film. 

Apart from Tamil Nadu, the film has earned around Rs 9 crore in Nizam Andhra, whereas in Hindi speaking regions, this movie earned approximately 60 to 70 lakh rupees on the very first day of it’s release.  According to Ramesh Bala’s tweet, in a country like Australia, the South Indian film ‘Master’ earned 96 thousand Australian dollars on the second day.
