Recently, the team of good newwz revealed the trailer at a very entertaining launch event. Stars like Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Diljit Dosanjh, and Akshay Kumar were all at the launch event of their movie. Karan Johar introduced the cast of the movie in a very unique way by calling Kareena Kapoor his ‘production house’s unofficial brand ambassador’, Kiara Advani as his ‘ girl’ and Diljit Dosanjh as a ‘partner in retail crime’. Karan Johar also mentioned that Dharma Production pays everyone very well, respective of the gender or what they are doing on the film whether they are technicians or actors.
Once the trailer received a huge response from the audience, Akshay Kumar started asking questions related to babies. He also praised those people who gave correct answers by giving them gift hampers. However, while doing so he lost his track by asking an adult joke unintentionally. While answering how many bones does a baby have, Akshay Kumar replied, 206 bones at the same time he added, ‘a man have 206 bones and in the morning 207.’
What the Movie Is All About
This comedy movie has been directed by Raj Mehta. The entire movie revolves around two married couples who faced pregnancy issues and undergo IVF process (In Vitro Fertilization). Daljit and Kiara are playing husband and wife, on the other hand, Kareena and Akshay Kumar will be seen as a married couple. The plot of the movie begins, when mistake the sperm of both the husband gets interchange by the doctor itself, and then the drama follows.
Public Response to Akshay Kumar’s Joke
Choosing your words wisely in the public is not a new thing in Bollywood. Many times, the stars have got trolled because of their language and rudeness to the public or their fans or media. This time once again, social media has been flooded with comments trolling Akshay Kumar for what he said in the trailer launch of movie good newwz. A few days back there was a comment from Akshay Kumar, you want full-fledged heroines in his movie and not the sleek or the slim ones. People refused to accept such comments and trolled him then also.
One of the trollers wrote, that the celebrities must choose their words wisely, and giving such double meaning statements will label them as ‘pervert’ in front of female journalists.
Another troller wrote, Akshay Kumar has proven himself as a pervert, from countless affairs with Bollywood female actors to body shaming actresses, for asking them to meet him alone there are so many instances during me too movement. And now such kind of statements during an event, shame on you.
Everybody has a threshold, whether they are fans, journalists or audience. Nobody will accept the vulgar language or comments that are being said during such promotions, whether these jokes are for some publicity stunt or been delivered deliberately or by mistake. People instantly revert and show their anger to them. Such kind of jokes is not accepted by the people. Bollywood celebrities have a huge fan following but they upset their fans by doing such acts.
