Positive News: India Is No More In Top 20 Countries In Terms Of Corona Death

News of relief is coming for the country, except in Maharashtra and Goa, the positive rate of corona infection has reduced to less than 10%. This means that less than 10 people are getting infected in testing of 100 people here. Maharashtra has the highest positivity rate of 13.6% and Goa with 11.6%.

Good news is that India is now out of the list of top-20 countries in the world in terms of deaths from Corona every day. Now India is at number 22.

77 people lost their lives on Tuesday. It was the fifth consecutive day when less than 100 deaths occurred in the country. The United States, Brazil and Britain are currently at the top. On Monday, 3,265 people died in the US, 1,340 in Brazil and 1,052 in Britain.

21 States-UT getting less patients than national average

 There are 21 states and Union Territories (UTs) in the country where the national average of positivity rate is less than 5.4%. These include large states like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh. There are 13 states and UTs including Delhi, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka with positivity rates ranging from 5.4% to 10%.

 On Tuesday, 10,510 people were found corona infected. 12,699 people recovered and 85 died. So far, more than 1.08 crore people have been infected. The good thing is that 1.05 crore people have been cured. 1.55 lakh infected have died, while 1.38 lakh are under treatment.

Intensified Vaccination

The Central Government claims that after getting the Corona vaccine, about 97% people are satisfied with its process. According to the Health Ministry, during the vaccination from January 17, the feedback is being received through the Co-Win app. So far, 7.75 lakh people have responded to this.

So far 65.28 lakh healthcare workers have been vaccinated in the country under vaccination which started from January 16. This includes 55.85 lakh healthcare workers and 9.43 lakh frontline workers.

 India has become the first country to give Corona vaccine to the fastest 6 million people. Before this, the fastest 10 lakh, 20 lakh, 30 lakh, 40 lakh and 50 lakh people have also been vaccinated here.  In this case, India left the US (26) and Britain (46) behind.
