Nokia Has Now Entered Into Laptop Segment; Have A Look On Nokia’s New Entrant PureBook X14

After smartphones and TVs, Nokia has now entered into laptop segment too. The company on Monday launched its first PureBook X14 laptop in the Indian market. It has been launched with a price tag of Rs 59990. The maiden laptop by Nokia is loaded with features.

Highlights of the laptop

  • The company claims that the PureBook X14 laptop is one of the lightest laptops in the segment. It weighs just 1.1 kg and with this feature, the company is trying to woo customers.
  • This Nokia laptop is not affiliated with HMD Global and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart and Flipkart itself will provide after sales service on the laptop.
  • The laptop will be available in matte-black and pre-orders for it will start on December 18.  In this price category, PureBook will challenge the Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 launched a few months ago.

Specifications of Nokia PureBook X14

  • Laptop comes with 8GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD storage.
  • The Nokia PureBook X14 comes with a 14-inch full HD LED-backlit display equipped with Dolby Vision.
  •  The bezels around the laptop are very thin, which means that users will get more screen area (86 percent screen-to-body ratio) for immersive viewing experience.
  • The laptop comes with two USB 3.1 ports, a USB 2.0 port, and a USB-C port, an HDMI port, an Ethernet (RJ45) port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
  •  As far as connectivity goes, you get Wi-Fi on both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands and Bluetooth v5.1.
  • Powering this entire package is an Intel 10th Generation i5 processor.

  • Intel’s UHD 620 Graphics with 1.1GHz Turbo GPU has been given for graphics processing, which supports HDR 4K resolution video.
  • It comes with Windows 10 Home Plus and is equipped with Intel’s Quick Sync Video, Intro 3D, and Clear Video HD technologies.
  • The laptop comes with a backlit keyboard and Nokia says that it has equipped it with a precise touchpad that supports multiple gesture inputs.
  • In terms of battery back-up, Nokia claims that it offers 8 hours of battery life. Also, a 65W charger is available with laptop.
